Question 2

Why do I need to complete my KYC verification?

Accepted Answer

As a compliant financial marketing platform in India, we are required by law to verify the identity of our users before distributing payouts. KYC verification (using PAN card and Aadhaar card) helps prevent duplicate accounts, verifies tax obligations, and ensures compliance with financial regulations.

Question 3

How long does KYC verification take?

Accepted Answer

KYC reviews are usually completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission. You will receive an in-app notification once your account status is verified.

Question 4

What is the coin system, and how much is a coin worth?

Accepted Answer

At Gigza, we use a simple and transparent coin system to track rewards. 1 coin is exactly equal to ₹1 (One Indian Rupee). This ensures you know the exact value of your balance at all times.

Question 5

When do I get my payouts?

Accepted Answer

Commissions for verified financial leads are processed weekly. Once your referral is confirmed by our brand partner, the coins are credited to your wallet and are instantly available for bank withdrawal.

Question 6

What is the minimum payout threshold?

Accepted Answer

The minimum withdrawal threshold is 100 coins (equal to ₹100). Payouts are transferred directly to your verified bank account via IMPS or UPI.

Question 7

How can I earn rewards by playing games?

Accepted Answer

You can earn rewards by participating in skill-based Phaser games inside the Gigza Game Center. High scores are recorded on our secure leaderboard, and rewards are distributed to top players based on the specific game tournament rules.

What casual games are available on Gigza?

Accepted Answer

We offer an array of lightweight casual games, including Sky Dash Royale, Stack Tower Rush, Slice Ninja, and horror-themed survival runners like Silent Mansion and Zombie Escape.

Question 9

Why did my game close automatically?

Accepted Answer

To maintain platform integrity and prevent cheat software, our Phaser games execute strict security handshakes. If the engine detects a network interruption, background emulator activity, or suspicious script injects, the session terminates automatically to ensure fair play.

Question 10

How does Gigza protect my personal data?

Accepted Answer

We implement bank-grade encryption protocols to safeguard your personal details, KYC documents, and transaction logs. We do not sell or rent your information to third-party advertisers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

Question 11

What is the Fair Play Policy?

Accepted Answer

Our Fair Play Policy guarantees an equal earning ecosystem. Any attempt to use bots, duplicate profiles, fake details, emulators, or script automation is flagged by our security systems, leading to account suspension.
